Antique Signed Kashan Rug -- 9x12 in San Ramon, California For Sale

This is an antique Kashan rug that was handed down to me 3 generations. It was bought new in the xxxx's . The size is 8x11.5 feet but it falls in the general size category of 9x12. The condition is excellent.It has a label sown in the back that says Made in Romania. On one of the corners in the back, there is signature of the actual person who had woven this carpet. The signed name reads Sultan Ameer Ali and is in arabic / persian script.Please see the pictures attached.
These kind of antique signed Kashan rugs are very hard to find.
